Over the course of the spring and summer sessions, players in grades 6-8 will have 26 team workouts and 11 three-on-three workouts. High School players will have 42 team workouts over the course of both sessions. Each practice will have an emphasis on shooting, ball handing, and overall offensive and defensive team structure.
Spring session practices are scheduled from March 25 - April 30, 2019 (plus summer 3 on 3 sessions).
Summer session practices are scheduled from May 28 - July 25, 2019.
